Today I let Miles eat on his own.
It turned out to be more like finger painting with food, and looked a lot like barf mixed with snot. But Miles had a blast, except for the clean up portion of the event. I foolishly left the tray sit all day because I had no desire to clean it....not fun to clean once it had crustified over the course of 5 hours. All around...lesson learned. Next time I do this, he will not have clothes on, it will be right before bath time and Dave can clean the tray.
