It was beautiful out this morning here in TO, but, Josh just went to put my car in the garage and said it's FREEZING....No snow yet, though.

Snow...yikes!!! So sorry I'm responding this way, but life has been so hectic--I'm home by 11 or 12am some days. In any case, I would be more than happy to speak on your behalf and so would Steve. Although he admits, I'm probably much better spoken:) Glad to see you are settling into life back in the south-west.
